The cutting unit comprises two tool shafts arranged orthogonally to the material feed system. These are dedicated to trimming and optimizing the dimensions of the cut to produce semi-finished products that conform to the required nominal dimensions. This ensures precision and process repeatability.
The machine is equipped with a movable pressure unit that can automatically adapt to boards of varying thicknesses, and it can be configured with fixed blade solutions in combination with movable blades.
